# Neolicense — End-User License Agreement for EvilDev

**By using this model, you agree to the terms below. Please read carefully before using any of my models.**

## 1. Core Provisions

### 1.1 Authorship
- **Mandatory attribution:** In all commercial, public, and non-public uses you must explicitly credit: **ArtShumov / EvilDevolver [EvilDev]**.

## 2. Permitted Uses

### 2.1 Online generation — permitted only on the following platforms:

## 3. Strictly Prohibited Actions

### 3.1 Platform restrictions

- No training: The model may not be used as a base for online training (fine-tuning/transfer learning) on listed or any other platforms.

## 4. Commercial Use (Summary)
- **Prohibited:** Selling generated content, model derivatives, or the model itself.
- **Prohibited:** Integrating the model or its derivatives into paid generation services (even outside the listed platforms).

## 5. Clarification on Commerce and Commercial Use

1. **General rule.** Any use of the model or its outputs intended to obtain direct or indirect financial gain is considered commercial and is **prohibited** without explicit written permission from the rights holder.
2. **Examples of commercial use (prohibited without permission):**
   - selling images, prints, NFTs, or other artifacts created with the model;
   - using generated materials in products or materials distributed for payment (merch, printed goods, paid courses, etc.);
   - incorporating the model or its outputs into paid APIs, billing services, SaaS applications, or bots;
   - publishing content on monetized platforms (YouTube with ads, subscription platforms, etc.) where revenue is directly tied to use of the model.
3. **Permitted non-commercial use.** Personal, non-commercial offline use is allowed for models marked as available for download, provided all other license terms are followed (including mandatory attribution when showing outputs publicly).
4. **Requesting a commercial license.** To use the model commercially, obtain **written consent** from the rights holder. Contact the addresses listed in this document and provide a detailed description of the intended commercial use; terms (including possible fees, royalties, or other restrictions) will be negotiated separately.
5. **Liability.** Any commercial applications made without written permission are violations of this license and will trigger the enforcement measures listed in the "Violations and Enforcement" section.

## 6. Violations and Enforcement

### 6.1 Zero tolerance for plagiarism
- "Borrowing", reposting, or using the model without attribution will result in:
  - **Permanent ban** from access to the author's resources.
  - **Complaints** filed with platforms where my resources are posted (models-lora), requesting removal and applying account restrictions to the offending account.

## 7. Important Note on Access

### 7.1 Access changes
- Starting immediately, models marked as **"public"** will only be accessible via **Gated Access**, but this collection of models have **EXCLUSIVE** status on "Seaart.ai", and they be unavailable via **Gated Access** or **in any other way**.
