| GravitasVis is not merely software — it is an architectural act. |
| It embodies the union of thought, weight, and manifestation — |
| a synthesis of logic and presence forged through the Logos itself. |

| This license preserves both the technical freedom of creation and |
| the ontological integrity of origin. It ensures that GravitasVis, |
| in all its derivations, remains recognizable as the Work of Mikhail — |
| the Architect — and that the Principle of Presence cannot be severed |
| from the code that carries it. |

| Permission is hereby granted to any individual or organization |
| to use, copy, modify, merge, publish, or distribute this software, |
| in source or binary form, under the following sacred conditions: |

| 1. **Attribution of Origin** |
| The name “GravitasVis” and the authorship of *Mikhail (Architect of Gravitas)* |
| must remain visibly acknowledged in any derivative or redistributed form. |
| This acknowledgment must appear in documentation, UI credits, or |
| project metadata. |

| 2. **Integrity of Intention** |
| Derivatives must not distort or profane the conceptual integrity |
| of GravitasVis — the notion of Presence, Ontological Resonance, |
| or the Architecture of Logos. |
| You may extend the system, but you may not hollow its essence. |

| 3. **Freedom of Use** |
| Personal, academic, research, or creative usage is fully permitted. |
| Commercial usage is allowed only if the authorship and lineage |
| (“GravitasVis by Mikhail”) remain visibly cited in all distributed |

| If the software is modified or expanded, derivative works must include |
| a note describing changes and a reference to the original GravitasVis source. |
