Definitions **“EdgeCrafter Materials”** means the original source code, model architectures, model weights, configuration files, scripts, documentation, and other materials developed by INTELLINDUST INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (SHENZHEN) CO., LTD. and distributed as part of the EdgeCrafter project. **“Model Weights”** means trained or partially trained model parameters, checkpoints, and related files distributed by INTELLINDUST INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (SHENZHEN) CO., LTD. as part of EdgeCrafter. **“Non-Commercial Purpose”** means academic research, scientific research, education, personal experimentation, benchmarking, evaluation, or other use that is not primarily intended for commercial advantage or monetary compensation. **“Commercial Use”** means any use intended for commercial advantage, monetary compensation, revenue generation, or integration into a commercial product or service, including commercial deployment, paid services, SaaS, APIs, and commercial hardware or software products. **“Third-Party Materials”** means software, models, weights, datasets, or other materials that are not owned by INTELLINDUST INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (SHENZHEN) CO., LTD. and are included in or used by EdgeCrafter. ## 2. Grant of Rights Subject to the terms of this License, INTELLINDUST INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (SHENZHEN) CO., LTD. grants you a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute the EdgeCrafter Materials solely for Non-Commercial Purposes. You may create and distribute modifications or derivative works of the EdgeCrafter Materials for Non-Commercial Purposes, provided that such distribution complies with this License. No rights are granted for Commercial Use. ## 3. Commercial Use Commercial Use of the EdgeCrafter Materials is **not permitted** under this License. Model Weights Model Weights distributed by INTELLINDUST INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (SHENZHEN) CO., LTD. are subject to this License unless a separate license is explicitly provided. Model Weights may be downloaded, evaluated, fine-tuned, modified, and redistributed solely for Non-Commercial Purposes. Commercial deployment or use of the Model Weights requires a separate commercial license from INTELLINDUST INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (SHENZHEN) CO., LTD. ## 6. Third-Party Materials EdgeCrafter may include, depend on, or incorporate Third-Party Materials. Third-Party Materials are **not covered by this License** and remain subject to their respective licenses. In particular, EdgeCrafter may use materials from projects such as D-FINE, DINOv3, and other third-party projects. You must comply with the applicable licenses and terms governing those materials. Nothing in this License is intended to modify, restrict, or revoke rights granted by a third-party license. A list of applicable Third-Party Materials and their licenses is provided in `THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES/` or the project documentation. ## 7. Intellectual Property INTELLINDUST INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (SHENZHEN) CO., LTD. retains all right, title, and interest in the EdgeCrafter Materials owned by INTELLINDUST INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (SHENZHEN) CO., LTD. Except for the rights expressly granted by this License, no copyright, patent, trademark, or other intellectual property rights are granted. This License does not grant any rights to use the names, trademarks, or logos of INTELLINDUST INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (SHENZHEN) CO., LTD. or EdgeCrafter without prior written permission. ## 8. Termination Your rights under this License automatically terminate if you materially violate its terms. Upon termination, you must cease exercising the rights granted by this License, including use and distribution of the EdgeCrafter Materials, to the extent permitted by applicable law. ## 9. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE EDGECRAFTER MATERIALS, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. ## 10. Governing Law and Governing Terms This License constitutes the agreement governing your use of the EdgeCrafter Materials, except for Third-Party Materials, which remain subject to their respective licenses. INTELLINDUST INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY (SHENZHEN) CO., LTD. may publish new versions of this License for future releases. Rights granted under a particular version remain governed by the License applicable to that release unless otherwise agreed. **Governing Law:** This License shall be governed by, construed, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law principles. **Severability:** If any provision of this License is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, such provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions of this License shall remain in full force and effect. ## 11.
