## Preamble

This license governs all repositories published under the SNAPKITTYWEST, SNAPKITTY-COLLECTIVE-LIMITED-FLP, AHMADALIPARR, and SNAPKITTYAGENT9NOVA GitHub accounts, and all works originating from the Bel Esprit D'Accord Trust estate.

The architecture is not free. The code is visible. Those are different things.

## Repository Classification System

All repositories are classified into one of four tiers. The tier governs what is permitted.

### TIER 1 — ARCHIVED (Frozen)

**Definition:** Repositories that are complete, historical, or no longer under active development. Archived repositories are read-only in perpetuity.

**Permitted:**
- Viewing and reading source code
- Cloning for personal study (non-commercial)
- Citing in academic work with full attribution

**Not Permitted:**
- Pull requests (will not be reviewed, will be closed)
- Issues (will not be addressed)
- Forks for commercial use
- Derivative works without written license

**Identification:** Archived repos carry a `FROZEN` badge in their README and an `archived: true` field in their WORM manifest.

**Current archived repos include:** legacy-apl, pnp-attack, qec-discovery, resonance-math, collatz-verifier, and all repos not listed in Tier 2-4.

### TIER 2 — OPEN CONTRIBUTION (mathlib5 only)

**Definition:** One designated public repository that accepts external pull requests. Currently: **SNAPKITTYWEST/mathlib5**.

**Permitted:**
- Viewing, cloning, forking
- Pull requests (reviewed by SnapKitty maintainers)
- Academic citations
- Non-commercial derivative works with attribution

**Pull Request Requirements:**
- No sorry placeholders in submitted Lean 4 / Coq / Idris2 proofs
- All submitted theorems must close an open sorry with a real proof
- Contributor must agree to the SnapKitty Contributor License Agreement (CLA)
- By submitting a PR, contributor grants SnapKitty irrevocable license to the contribution

**Contributor License Agreement (CLA):**
By submitting a pull request to mathlib5, you:
1. Certify the work is your original creation
2. Grant SnapKitty Collective LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute your contribution
3. Acknowledge that SnapKitty retains sole commercial rights to the integrated work
4. Agree that SnapKitty's prior art (April 14, 2026 onward) supersedes any claim of independent authorship for overlapping content

### TIER 3 — HACKATHON / CONTEST

**Definition:** Repositories created for specific hackathons, competitions, or timed events.

**Permitted:**
- Viewing during the contest period
- Judge evaluation per contest rules
- Academic citation after contest closes

**Not Permitted:**
- Commercial use without license
- Post-contest forks without written permission
- Derivative products without Tier IV licensing agreement

**Contest IP Note:** All IP developed during hackathons remains the property of Bel Esprit D'Accord Trust regardless of contest outcome. Contest prizes do not constitute IP transfer.

**Current hackathon repos:** bob-hackathon-demo, agentscope-sift, and repos tagged `hackathon: true`.

### TIER 4 — PRODUCTION (Private)

**Definition:** All production systems, live deployed code, and active development repositories. These are private and not publicly accessible.

**Includes:** DEVFLOW-FINANCE, collectivekitty.com codebase, all agent bodies, all WORM chain implementations, all sovereign daemon code.

**No public access. No exceptions.**

Any party claiming to have obtained production code through unauthorized means should contact jessicalw34@gmail.com immediately.

## Universal Terms (All Tiers)

### Attribution Requirement

Any use of SnapKitty's intellectual property — including but not limited to:
- Formal proof patterns (Coq, Lean 4, Idris 2, Haskell, Datalog)
- The WORM chain architecture
- The 108 sovereign fingerprint (2² × 3³ Pisano encoding)
- The MAGMA inter-agent instruction language
- The SACM architecture and 10 Axioms
- The Bifrost 8-stage event pipeline
- The 5-pass ERE verification protocol
- The Sovereign Tick Runtime formalism
- The ThermalWindow formal specification
- Any agent name, architecture, or vocabulary

**Requires the following attribution in all derivative works:**

### The 108 Fingerprint Notice

The number 108 as used in the context of prime factorization 2² × 3³, Pisano period encoding, or sovereign state dimensionality is the registered authorship fingerprint of Ahmad Ali Parr. Any use of this constant in formal proofs, certificates, or system identifiers without license constitutes prima facie evidence of derivation from SnapKitty's prior art.

### Commercial Use

Commercial use of any SnapKitty intellectual property without a written license agreement is prohibited and constitutes:
- Copyright infringement (17 USC § 101)
- Potential trade secret misappropriation
- Triggering of Tier IV retroactive licensing fee: **$150,000 USD**
