# Which files are the actual Hessians?

The public `brandonmusic/GLM-5.2-BMM-Law-SQG-Hessians` repository is an
immutable reproducibility archive, not a single 3.1 TB matrix file. Hugging
Face reports the sum of every published path. Several paths are hardlinked
views of the same local payload, so the archive is 3.096 TB logically but
about 1.128 TB of unique local data.

For ordinary reuse, prefer the deduplicated 1.154 TB canonical repository:

tag `canonical-v1`. The original accepted archive remains the exact campaign

## Start here

For the ready-to-use routed layer-global H13 matrices, open:

Layers `003` through `078` are present. Their JSON sidecars in the same
directories bind shapes, construction, source rows, and hashes. This folder
is about 11.6 GB in total.

For the canonical routed activation and top-8 routing evidence used to build
expert-local H13 and candidate-conditioned down H2/B, open:

The important files per layer are `hidden.bf16.bin`, `topk_ids.u8.bin`,
`topk_weights.f32le.bin`, and the row-order metadata. Rows are in canonical
prompt/global-row order.

For the dense K6 calibration inputs, open:

## Why the archive displays 3.1 TB

The large repeated views are:

- `raw_capture/layer_003` through `layer_077`: original capture names.
- `raw_capture/sqg-view/`: canonical SQG view inside the capture tree.
- `capture_view/`: the same canonical view promoted to a stable top-level
  reproduction path.

Those views share physical inodes on the build machine, but each repository
path contributes to Hugging Face's displayed logical size. They were retained
so the raw capture, zero-copy adapter output, and frozen campaign paths could
all be independently audited.

Do not download all three views for ordinary reuse. Download `capture_view/`
plus `capture_view_mtp78/`, the dense-H files named above, and the required
`derived/` and `reproduction/` subsets. The immutable accepted archive remains
the authority for exact campaign reproduction.
