This software (the "Pungyo Execution Package") is provided solely for
public verification of inference performance claims associated with
patent-filed technology by Myeong Jun Jo.

This license applies only to the Pungyo Execution Package and files in
this package authored by the copyright holder. It does not apply to:
  - the Qwen base model or any third-party model weights;
  - third-party libraries referenced or invoked at runtime;
  - user-provided inputs or outputs generated by inference.

1. Permitted Uses
-----------------
Subject to compliance with this license, the licensee may:
  (a) execute the package on the licensee's own hardware for personal,
      non-commercial verification of the performance numbers stated in
      the accompanying documentation;
  (b) conduct benchmarking and academic evaluation, provided that public
      reporting includes attribution to "Pungyo by Myeong Jun Jo" and
      identifies the package version;
  (c) cite measurement results with attribution as above.

2. Prohibited Uses Without Prior Written Permission
--------------------------------------------------
The licensee shall not:
  (a) redistribute the package, in whole or in part, including mirroring;
  (b) modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works;
  (c) reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to
      derive source code, internal algorithms, or internal operating-point
      selection logic, except to the extent expressly permitted by
      applicable law notwithstanding this restriction;
  (d) use the package in any commercial product or revenue-generating
      activity;
  (e) integrate the package into other software or systems;
  (f) remove or alter copyright or attribution notices;
  (g) use the package or its outputs to develop or evaluate competing
      products or services without written permission;
  (h) sublicense, lease, rent, lend, or transfer the package to third
      parties.

3. No Patent License
--------------------
Nothing herein grants any patent rights. The underlying patent-filed
technology remains the exclusive property of the rights holder.
Verification use does not constitute a patent license, express or implied.

4. Warranty Disclaimer
----------------------
THE PACKAGE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. NO WARRANTY
OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR
CORRECTNESS OF PERFORMANCE NUMBERS ON ANY HARDWARE IS PROVIDED.

5. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR
LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE PACKAGE OR ITS USE.

6. Termination
--------------
Rights granted terminate automatically upon any breach of Section 2. Upon
termination, the licensee shall cease all use and destroy all copies in
their possession.
