Qwen Base Model - Attribution and Reference

This Pungyo Verification Package does not include any Qwen base model
weights. To execute the Pungyo runner, users must independently obtain a
compatible Qwen GGUF model from official Qwen sources or other authorized
distribution channels.

weights. The Pungyo Limited Verification License applies only to the
Pungyo Execution Package and does not apply to the Qwen base model.

Users are solely responsible for:
  - obtaining the Qwen model from a legitimate source;
  - complying with the Qwen license terms applicable at the time of
    download;
  - verifying file integrity and provenance of the downloaded model.
