## 1. Pungyo Twin Execution Package

- License: See `LICENSE-PUNGYO`
- Use: Public verification of inference stability and performance only

## 2. Qwen Base Model

- Qwen model weights are not distributed in this package.
- Users must obtain a compatible model independently from official or
  authorized sources.
- License: See `LICENSE-QWEN` for attribution and reference.
- Rights: All rights to the Qwen base model belong to the original authors.

## 3. Upstream Runtime

- This package's executable is built from llama.cpp / ik_llama.cpp (MIT License).
  The full upstream MIT license and copyright notices are included as
  `LICENSE-LLAMACPP` per the MIT terms.
- The Pungyo package adds an execution layer and does not relicense the
  upstream runtime.

## License Scope Separation

The Pungyo Limited Verification License applies only to the Pungyo Twin
Execution Package and accompanying files authored by Myeong Jun Jo.

It does not apply to:

- Qwen base model weights;
- user-provided inputs or outputs generated by inference;
- third-party libraries invoked at runtime.

## Patent Notice

The Pungyo Twin Execution Package is associated with patent-filed technology
by Myeong Jun Jo. Personal verification use does not grant any patent
license, express or implied.
