Recommendation: show both — absolute for EMI Comfort calculation, percentile for explainability. - **OQ-03:** Can students opt in to see their own risk scores via the lender's mobile app in Phase 2? What consent and UX guardrails are required? (Deferred to Phase 4.) - **OQ-04:** How should the model handle students who pursue higher education (PG after UG) instead of employment? Recommendation: flag as "Further Studies" status; exclude from repayment risk scoring for 24 months; re-score 3 months before PG graduation. - **OQ-05:** Fallback scoring logic when an institute has not shared data for more than 60 days — use last-known institute tier with a "Data Stale" flag and force Confidence Score to Low. - **OQ-06 (NEW):** What is the minimum company data availability threshold for the Offer Survival Score?
