Data: weekly snapshots from [`hfmlsoc/hub_weekly_snapshots`](https://huggingface.co/datasets/hfmlsoc/hub_weekly_snapshots)
(2024-07-24 → present; earlier weeks reconstructed from repo creation dates). Stale/partial snapshot
weeks are treated as missing. `update_week.py` (run weekly via HF Jobs) appends each new snapshot week
to `data_ui.js`.
