This license applies to the WazobiaVoice model weights, checkpoints, LoRA adapters, and associated model files ("the Model") released in this repository. It does not apply to third-party code, architectures, or datasets the Model depends on, which remain under their own respective licenses (see the "Credits & References" section of the model card).
1. Grant of Rights — Research and Non-Commercial Use
Subject to the terms of this license, the copyright holder grants any person obtaining a copy of the Model a free, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify, and distribute the Model, and to generate and use output produced by the Model, for research and other non-commercial purposes only.
Non-commercial purposes include, without limitation: academic research, personal experimentation, education, and evaluation.
2. Commercial Use Requires a Separate License
Any commercial use of the Model requires a separate, explicit commercial license from the copyright holder, obtained in advance.
"Commercial use" means any use of the Model, in whole or in part, in connection with a product, service, or activity that generates or is intended to generate revenue, or that collects payment from users in any form. This includes, without limitation:
- Integrating the Model into a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product or any hosted/managed service offered to users
- Using the Model to provide a paid feature, subscription, or add-on
- Using the Model within an internal tool at a for-profit company where that tool supports a revenue-generating product or service
- Selling, sublicensing, or otherwise commercially redistributing the Model or derivatives of it

4. Ownership
The Model was fine-tuned on training data curated and owned by Axiveri. The copyright holder retains all rights, title, and interest in the Model, including the right to grant, deny, or condition commercial licenses at its sole discretion.
5. Attribution
Any use, publication, or redistribution of the Model or its outputs permitted under this license must retain this license file and attribute the Model as follows:

6. No Warranty
THE MODEL IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COPYRIGHT HOLDER BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM, OUT OF, OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE MODEL OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE MODEL.
7. Termination
This license automatically terminates if you use the Model in violation of these terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use, distribution, and commercial exploitation of the Model.
