| #### Image-to-video, two stages | |
| The two-stage recipe, as in the distilled `ltx-pipelines` path: stage 1 at half the target resolution, a x2 latent upsample, then a 3-sigma tail at full resolution. The conditioning image goes to both stages, and one generator is threaded through both calls so stage 2 continues the noise stream rather than repeating stage 1's draw. | |

| The conditioning image is re-compressed to the CRF the model was trained against before it is encoded, so pass a `PIL.Image.Image` (which `load_image` returns). Override with `image_crf=`, or skip re-compression with `image_crf=0`. | |

| The **dev** transformer is fully trainable. Reproduce published LoRAs and IC-LoRAs with the [LTX-2 Trainer](https://github.com/Lightricks/LTX-2/blob/main/packages/ltx-trainer/README.md). | |
| Based on our testing, the large majority of LoRAs and IC-LoRAs trained on LTX-2.3 run on LTX-2.5 without changes. A small number of exceptions exist — validate your adapters before production use. | |
