Third-party model notices
The standalone GGUF embeds weights from the following auxiliary models. Their license materials are
distributed in THIRD_PARTY_LICENSES/; repository and revision identify the exact source used or
the model family whose license applies.

The Wav2Vec2-BERT and CAMPPlus Hugging Face repositories declare their licenses in immutable model
cards but publish no standalone license file. The corresponding complete MIT and Apache-2.0 texts
are included here; the Wav2Vec2-BERT MIT text is taken from Meta's immutable
facebookresearch/fairseq@3d262bb25690e4eb2e7d3c1309b1e9c406ca4b99 license, and the
Apache-2.0 text is the standard license text. BigVGAN and Qwen files are copied from their immutable
model revisions; Amphion's file is copied from its immutable source revision.
These notices do not replace the bilibili Model Use License governing IndexTTS 2.5 and this derivative. They are additional obligations for embedded third-party components and are not legal advice.
