TVRBench: Target Viewpoint Reproduction Benchmark 2

Hi, I'm Niels from the Hugging Face community team. This PR improves the model card for better documentation and discovery:

• Updated the pipeline_tag to robotics (more appropriate for embodied AI and navigation tasks).
• Added library_name: transformers as the model configuration is compatible with the library.
