Further packaging improvement on the cmix-store+zpaq lane. Since the archive uses cmix only in -s store/preprocessor mode, I replaced the full cmix binary with a 19KB custom cmixstore_decode binary that skips the 5-byte store header and calls preprocessor::Decode with english.dic. Roundtrip verified with cmp. Score: archive=18,330,436; decompressor.zip=298,078; total=18,628,514; bpc=1.4903. Improves my previous no-FXCM repack by 187,883 bytes and super-byte-basher's original by 286,963 bytes.
