This PR improves the model card by:

Adding library_name: transformers metadata, which enables the automated "Use in Transformers" button on the model page.
Removing the arxiv tag from the YAML metadata section (as per the Hugging Face repository guidelines, paper links are automatically resolved through markdown citations).
