Decent quality but slow-speed video results

Tried the lora "minimax_h3_fl2v_lightx2v_turbo_4step_v0.1_comfy_resized_avg_rank_21_bf16" however, I am unable to get fast paced (or at least normal speed) action videos.
the lora fails in fast motion .. especially fight scenes is worse
