Link model to SGMD paper and update metadata

This PR improves the model card by linking it to the research paper: SGMD: Score Gradient Matching Distillation for Few-Step Video Diffusion Distillation. It also adds the sgmd tag to the metadata to better categorize the distillation method used for these models.
