What are the settings for the new version?

So i have no idea what this model is supposed to be or how its used, is this workflow even correct? A bit more clarification on the main page or here would go a long way, there is literally no info and i randomly stumbled upon this.
and yeah i tried a few different samplers and cfg/step combination, its horrifble and incredibly inconsistent, but perhaps im doing something wrong
