License in Europe
Can this model be used in Europe? The license states "to any multimodal models included in Llama 3.3...are not being granted to you if you are an individual domiciled in ... European Union". Based on my understanding, Llama3.3 - 70B is not a multimodal model. Does anyone have more clarity on this?
