AGILLM 4.3 CPU GUI

Gradio Space version of the AGILLM 4.3 local inference GUI.

This CPU Space uses Hugging Face native free CPU hardware and downloads the preferred pretrain_delta_step00363424_20260703T1105Z.pt checkpoint from OpenTransformer/AGILLM-4.3.

It keeps a warm CPU runtime alive after the first load, supports Streaming vs Full result output, and reports button-to-done timing.
