Add model card and metadata

This PR improves the model card by:
- Adding the
unconditional-image-generationpipeline tag. - Linking the repository to the associated paper: Making Reconstruction FID Predictive of Diffusion Generation FID.
- Adding links to the official GitHub repository and the project page.
- Providing sample usage instructions for evaluation and generation as found in the repository.
